Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We ship worldwide but primarily serve customers in North America (United States, Canada) and Europe (all EU countries, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland).
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST/EDT on Friday, or during weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
- During major sales (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will always see the exact shipping cost before payment.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (thresholds listed above) to the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
North America (Canada):
Canadian customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These are calculated and collected by the carrier (usually UPS or Canada Post). We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
European Union:
All orders to EU countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — this means VAT and any import duties are prepaid by us at checkout. You will not pay any additional fees when the package arrives (except in very rare cases of remote territories).
UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland:
These countries are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You will be responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by your local customs office or courier upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and vary by country.
We declare all packages with accurate values and descriptions. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue items.
Tracking Your Order
Every order receives a tracking number (sent via email once the label is created). You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 48 hours (porch piracy delays are common) before contacting us.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund (at our discretion).
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered.”
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Deliverable Packages / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or unclaimed at customs, we will refund the cost of items minus original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes in some countries, certain remote territories (e.g., Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Channel Islands), or to freight forwarders if prohibited by the carrier.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to addresses we deem high-risk for fraud or delivery issues.
